North Coast
A favored destination for Egyptians and tourists alike, the North Coast is a gorgeous sea resort with upscale tourist villages. The weather in the North Coast is usually milder than the Red Sea in summer, with plenty of 5-star resorts and villas, great for escaping the more noisy touristy areas. The Mediterranean Sea permits a great deal of water sports and relaxation on its shores. The more iconic locations in the North Coast are the well-known resorts towns of Marina and Porto Marina, with booming nightlife often favored by the Egyptian elite. Both towns are quickly becoming places to be in on weekends.
